Vicky’s Little Red Bike and Trick or Treat

The amazingly talented and oh so humble Vicky De Angelis will be coming to teach at The Enriched Stitch this weekend,  July 20th and 21st.

To quote Vicky, I just “LOVE LOVE LOVE” this lady.  I first met her through Judee, the Needle Deeva at the Baltimore market last September.  The Deeva has been oh so kind to me and taken me under her wing.  And Vicky has been there right behind her.

We had dinner three nights in a row at the Long Beach show in February.  At one point I was pretty sure that Vicky thought I was stalking her.

She stitched the Little Red Bike by Alice Peterson for The Enriched Stitch.

This class will be held on Saturday July 20th 10-3

$200 includes canvas, thread kit, stitch guide and a full day of instruction

The beading techniques, use of two coordinating backgrounds, wrapped spiders for the wheels and all the different stitches for the hearts are just the beginning of what you’ll learn.

How cute are these bottle cap magnets to coordinate with the canvas?

I saw the finished Trick or Treat piece when I was taking her classes at market in February and I thought that it would be such  a great piece to teach a variety of beading techniques.

This class will be held on Sunday July 21st 10-3

$200 includes canvas, thread kit, stitch guide and a full day of instruction

Don’t worry, I’ve got perfect magnets for this canvas, as well.

Kits are available as well.  Be sure to check back to the webstore in a few days to order a kit or call the shop 203-210-5107.

There are only a few spots left in each class, so don’t wait to sign up!
